Expert Witness Dr Andrew Zimmerman

Dr Andrew Zimmerman is a Pediatric Neurologist. He is considered a medical expert and previously known as being pro vaccine. Due to Zimmerman's expertise, the government used Andrew Zimmerman as their expert medical witness to testify in the Omnibus Autism Proceedings against the vaccine autism link.

The Omnibus Autism Proceedings was created and was to take place in federal court because 5000 cases of vaccine induced autism were filed. In the proceedings, less than 10 cases were going to be heard. If all cases could be proven to have 0 link to the vaccines, the rest were to be dismissed.

One of the cases to enter the proceedings was Hannah Poling. Hannah was given 5 different vaccines against 9 different viruses and regressed into and was diagnosed with autism afterwards. Her father, Jon Poling, was a neurologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and her mother, was a registered nurse and also lawyer. With Hannah's father's medical background and Andrew Zimmerman's background (also working at John Hopkins Hospital), the two looked into Hannah's case.

It was discovered that Hannah was predisposed with a mitchocondrial disorder. This disorder was aggravated by the vaccines and lead to her regression. Andrew took this information and let the Department of Justice know that there were exceptions where vaccines can cause autism. With this coming to light, Dr Andrew Zimmerman was fired as their expert medical witness and was unable to testify in the remainder of cases. Hannah's case was also removed from the proceedings.

Dr Andrew Zimmerman has come out with his sworn affidavit of his testimony and the truth of what happened.

The Hannah Poling case document:

"Respondent conceded that petitioners are entitled to compensation based on a determination that she suffered an injury identified on the Vaccine Injury Table,3 specifically, a presumptive MMR vaccine-related injury of an encephalopathy. Hannah’s encephalopathy eventually manifested as a chronic encephalopathy with features of autism spectrum disorder and a complex partial seizure disorder as a sequela." Page 2

Julie Gerberding (former director of CDC, present president of Merck's vaccine division) said this in a televised interview with Sanjay Gupta:

“Now, we all know that vaccines can occasionally cause fevers in kids. So if a child was immunized, got a fever, had other complications from the vaccines. And if you’re predisposed with the mitochondrial disorder, it can certainly set off some damage. Some of the symptoms can be symptoms that have characteristics of autism."

Jon Poling interview with Sanjay Gupta:

"The government, actually the Department of Health and Human services conceded that my daughter's medical problems which are autism and encephalopathy seizures were brought on by vaccination."
